Upon getting back into motorcycling after the whole "kid" thing, I picked up a 1982 Yamaha Seca XJ750.

This is before I painted it purple. For some reason everybody hated the teal. After I went purple, everybody loved it, but kept bugging me about the girly colour. I guess I just couldn't win!  ...Until I sold it for almost 4 times what I paid. To a girl.

I had a lot of fun with that bike. It was pretty much bullet proof. After I bought it for $500, I put a tire and a battery into it and rode it from February to December 2001. I spent the rest of the winter restoring it and sold it to a tiny little Japanese exchange student. She was quite smitten with the bike and rode it right across Canada! ...Cheaper than renting.

I had a 1987 Suzuki Intruder VS1400 for almost 3 years. A great bike with incredible torque.

I miss it, but I'm diggin' my current ride.

I made a few enhancements to it, including:

Fully "uncorked" with K & N pod filters, Cobra pipes and the carb rejetted. Mustang Seat (Studded Vintage Wide Tourer), Memphis Shades Alley Cat windshield, Engine guards, highway pegs, Saddlemen Jumbo Drifter bags, Custom mirrors, grips, wide blade levers, Rear rack, Custom tank decals (hey, I'm in the business!) and a few other things I was pretty proud of.

Biker's Choice Milers

At 32", a little shorter than typical HD bars. I drilled them out and did the internal wiring. Perfect for the bike, in my opinion.

Custom Horn

I bought a new centre hub for an old Lincoln, stuck a 130db aftermarket car horn behind it. Way louder than stock.

Polished Lowers

It took about 12 hours to do it right. What a difference!

Plate Light Removed

I had to cut and weld the bracket to make room for the rack.

Custom Front Signals

Got them off Ebay. I had to change the bulbs to #921 to get them to flash.

I managed an excellent deal on a new 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C90 SE. A fully loaded Canadian only edition. Basically, it's a C90T ("T" for "touring") without the studs, whitewalls or white speedo face.

I picked it up at the beginning of March, 2006. I added a Cobra 2-1 HP Pro Pipe, Power Commander PCIII, cut out K&N Filter, removed the PAIR valve. She rocked pretty good! I'd also added Kuryakyn grips. Also removed the badges and put on a cool skull graphic. I rode it to Sturgis in 2007. I sold it in the spring of 2008.

Then, finally, the dream. A 2002 Harley Road King Classic.

I brought it up from Woodinville Washington.  It took about 3 months of searching until I found the right bike. It came with the slip-on pipes, SE filter, re-mapped, a ton of bling, tour pak, Sundowner seat, bezels, blah, blah blah.... just the way I like it.
